Will you take requests?
If you have a request for a different pot with a specific word inscribed in hieroglyphics, please use the "Contact" paget to send this through. All requests will be considered, however, as pottery is not my full-time job, some projects might be declined.
How long have you been potting?
I had my first taste of throwing in December 2022, and have been taking weekly classes relatively religiously since then.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, once the item is shipped I will not accept returns. If your item is damaged, please send images via the Contact page and I will assess what I can do with regards to making a replacement.
What do the hieroglyphics mean?
All translations are provided on the product pages, and all items will be shipped with details about the translations as well.
An item I like is out of stock - will you restock?
Most items will have periodic restocks, although some items will be phased out. Please use the contact page if you have any questions about this, and check my Instagram account linked above for news about restocking.
I cannot find your Store page
If no Store page is displaying in the top bar menu, I have closed the store for a short period to restock, or because I cannot fulfill orders for a time. I'll post about reopening the store on my Instagram page.
